      The DIFERAL project is an initiative aimed at enhancing teachers’ skills in implementing differentiated instruction in the field of environmental education. Through innovative teaching methods, such as the creation of a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) with micro-credentials, DIFERAL provides professional development for teachers and strengthens environmental education across Europe.

      MOOC Platform & Micro-credentials

      The DIFERAL project offers learning content for teacher with the objective to master differentiated instruction for the environment for all.
      In the project development, partners have individuated a competence framework, for mastering the topic, consisting of five modules:

      • Foundations of Differentiated Pedagogy
      • Integrating Environmental Education with Differentiated Instruction
      • Creating Inclusive and Culturally Responsive Learning Environments
      • Digital Tools for Inclusive and Environmental Education
      • Reflective Practice and Competency-Based Assessment

      In the course each module can be undertaken in three levels: BASIC - INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED.

      This platform certifies your competences though “Open Badges”: verifiable micro-credentials that can be show in your CV, Europass, social network, and so on!

      MOOC Platform and Micro-credentials

      Register, select the module and the level you want to learn, complete the quiz with 60% and you will have your open badge to share!
      You can complete all the modules and all the levels you want!

      If you complete all the modules in a certain level, you will get a “Super Badge” that certify you as fully competent in the topic “Differentiated instruction for the environment for all” for your level.
